COHISS PTA to Introduce Scholarships for Needy Students

The PTA of Call of Hope International School today announced the introduction of financial assistance/scholarships for needy students .

According to the new Managing Director,  Mr. Stephen Gyamfi, "Since it is the conviction of the school to provide affordable private and Christian-oriented education to those who otherwise can't afford it, it is only reasonable that we offer scholarships to talented but needy students." He continues  that "Not only are such students who demonstrate academic and leadership skills are deserving of these scholarships but they would also help the school earn good reputation for academic excellence."

Mr. Eric Asare, the General Secretary of Building Design and Mining Associates (BDMA) Ghana Limited, and also a member of Board of Directors of the school said: "I am very happy that the board approved this, since I myself had been a recipient of scholarships whilst attending secondary school. I don't think I could have made it through high school with the benefit of tuition scholarships."
