Enock Ofosu Mensah Placed 2nd in Ashanti Region Essay Competition
COHISS' JHS3 student, Enoch Ofosu Mensah won the second prize
in the Ashanti Regional Essay competition organised by Child's Eye
(formerly known as Infant Eye), a research magazine for basic
schools in Ghana in February 2006.
- Over hundred junior secondary students from over twenty (20) schools in Ashanti Regional
took part in the essay competition. The results of the competition
was published in Junior Graphic's February 2006 edition. First to third
place winners were recognised for their academic excellence.

- Mr. Stephen Gyamfi, the managing director of the school expressed his
excitement about master Mensah's exemplarily achievement, "Enock is a
disciplined, intelligent and hard working student. In addition to being
very good in English, he also excels in Mathematics, French,
Religious Studies, etc. I expect him to be a leader in the near
future."

- Master Mensah intends to continue his secondary school education
at Prempeh
College, Kumasi in September 2006. His future dream is to
become a medical doctor.
